Cloud consulting starts with the applications and information the business needs to run. We review workload behavior, availability requirements, existing environments, technical constraints, and the skills available to operate a new platform. These factors help establish whether modernization, migration, or a targeted improvement is the right next step.

AI workloads introduce additional questions about model access, compute demand, latency, storage, and cost variability. We compare managed services and more customized deployment patterns against your requirements. Design for repeatable operations

A reliable environment needs more than an initial deployment. Scope can include infrastructure definitions, environment separation, identity controls, secrets handling, release pipelines, application monitoring, and backup or recovery requirements.
