Business AI & automation

Intelligence that works with your business.

Connect business knowledge, practical automation, and human judgment to help teams work with greater clarity.

The opportunity

Purpose before complexity.

We begin with the decisions and repetitive work that matter to your organization. Together, we define useful AI applications, prepare the information they depend on, and design workflows with clear boundaries.

What we can help you build

  • Workflow discovery and AI opportunity mapping
  • Knowledge assistants grounded in approved business content
  • Agent workflows with human approval checkpoints
  • Evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement

A clear path forward

A focused pilot, an evaluation plan, integration requirements, and a roadmap for expanding successful workflows.

Consulting & delivery / 01

Find the right opportunity for AI

AI consulting starts with a business question: where does information friction slow a team down, and what would a better workflow look like? We examine the task, its frequency, the quality of available information, and the consequences of a mistake. That creates a useful basis for prioritizing opportunities instead of treating every process as an automation candidate.

An opportunity assessment can compare knowledge assistance, document processing, workflow automation, and agent-based approaches. We distinguish work that can be supported by AI from work that needs structured rules, a simpler software improvement, or professional judgment. Recommendations are organized around feasibility, dependencies, and the effort needed to operate the solution.

Consulting & delivery / 02

Design an assistant around real work

A knowledge assistant should help people find approved information and understand where an answer comes from. Discovery covers source ownership, document freshness, terminology, permissions, and the questions users actually ask. The design then connects retrieval, answer presentation, and a way to acknowledge incomplete or conflicting material.

For agent workflows, we map each proposed action to the system it affects. Approval steps, tool permissions, escalation routes, and exception handling are considered alongside the happy path. A draft response, a suggested update, and an executed transaction are different levels of authority; the experience should make that distinction visible.

Consulting outputs and implementation scope

An advisory engagement can produce a prioritized use-case portfolio, a workflow blueprint, an information-readiness assessment, and a pilot specification. An implementation engagement can extend this into an integrated prototype, evaluation examples, user feedback sessions, and a documented operating model.

Success measures are agreed before development. Depending on the task, they may include time to find an answer, completion time, correction rates, useful response coverage, and the effort needed to review an output. We review these together with model and infrastructure costs so that the next stage is supported by practical evidence.
